Gently rub between your hands and take a deep, calming inhale. Apply in a gentle clockwise motion on the abdomen before meals or whenever discomfort arises. Roll onto pulse points, under the nose, or behind the ears to carry its soft citrus-spiced scent throughout the day. You can also wear it as a natural perfume, especially after meals or during travel, to keep your Agni steady and your mood light.
Pair with a mindful walk, a few deep belly breaths, or a Coriander, Cumin, Fennel (CCF) herbal tea. Avoid massaging right after meals (wait at least 2 hours) to not disturb your digestive process. For external use only.
